• Students under the age of 13 may use the Math Facts Practice Game under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• Any purchase on behalf of a student under 13 must be made by a parent, guardian, or teacher who is of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

By submitting personal information or completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or that you are a parent, guardian, or teacher acting on behalf of a student.

3. Products and Services

Success Tutoring Online offers the Math Facts Practice Game in the following formats:

Free Trial (10 plays)

Visitors may access the Math Facts Practice Game for up to 10 plays at no charge. No account or purchase is required. After 10 plays, continued access requires a purchase.

Full Access (180-Day License)

Upon purchase, the customer receives unlimited access to the full Math Facts Practice Game for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. This access is provided via an access code and a link to the full game page delivered by email upon completion of purchase.

• The 180-day access period begins on the date of purchase and cannot be paused or extended.
• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
• The access code is non-transferable and may not be shared for commercial purposes or distributed to others outside your immediate household or classroom.
• Classroom and multi-student use by a single licensed teacher or parent is permitted.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request.
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the access code has been used to access the full game.

We are committed to resolving any issues fairly. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us and we will make it right.

By completing a purchase, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your order, including your order confirmation and access code. You may also receive occasional promotional emails from us.
